How to use
Twist the cap counterclockwise to open the vial.
Fill the vial with sample water. Sample should not be over the 5mL line. Twist clockwise to close the vial. Make sure test paper stay inside when fill the vial.
Wait until the test paper soaked into water and change its color to bright yellow.
Let the vial incubate in an upright position for 24 hours at 30-35℃ or 48 hours at 20-25℃ and check for changes in color. No color change after 48 hours indicates the absence of coliform.
