    The color of Protein result is Yellow. But I can’t find this color on the color chart.

    The result is Negative. Light Green and Yellow can be read as Negative result.

    There are some spots on the test pad for blood.

    A
    If there are blue spots on the blood pad, it means ‘Positive results’.
    In case of non-Hemolysis, it shows blue spots.

    What is calibration strip

    A
    The urine analyzer should be calibrated in every 4 weeks for checking aging processes of the optical system and variation of other intimal conditions of instrument. Please check the manual for the process.

    I can’t find a same color of test pad after dipping. How can I check the result?

    Excess urine can effect on the result. Please remove the excess urine by using a tissue.
    In case of hematuria, please consult with your doctor.

    No problem. The color of Negative is different with the color of test pad before dipping a test strip in Urine.

    Do I need to clean the urine analyzer?

    A
    You don’t need to clean up the analyzer regularly.
    But, please clean the strip loader plate to remove the remaining urine sample every time after use.
    You can check ‘How to clean the strip loader plate after use’ in the manual.

    What is the caution for urine test to get exact results?

    A
    You can get ‘±(trace)’ according to your daily health status and food intake.
    In this case, consult with doctors if you receive the positive results every day during 7 days.

    How long do i need to deep a test strip in urine?

    Only 1 -2 seconds.

    What is the purpose of general urine test ?

    A
    Test result may provide information regarding the status of carbohydrate metabolism, kidney and liver function, acid-base balance, and urinary tract infection.
    Positive result may show the presence of the disease. But any clinical judgment of any diagnosis should be decided by doctors. Consult with doctors if you receive the positive results every day during 7 days.

    What is the shelf-life for test strips ?

    Refer to the shelf-life marked on each product. All products can’t be used longer than 3 months after opening it.
    If you mark the date of opening on the bottle, it is efficient to check the expiry date.

    What is the storage condition of test strips?

    A
    Storage condition at room temperature between 2 – 30 ℃ and below 50% humidity.
    Keep away from sunlight and do not store it in the refrigerator
